Robert M Shoemaker Citizenship Awards

The Kiwanis Club of Harker Heights members David McClure, Lisa Youngblood, Jeanette McNiesh and Vivian Marschik visited 7 schools in Harker Heights and Nolanville to present the Robert M Shoemaker Citizenship Award. 4 Star General Robert Shoemaker was a long time member of the club and he believed in education, community service and being a good citizen. This award is for one student only from each school. This student exhibits and is involved in selfless service in the school and/or community. This student demonstrates responsibility, is honorable and a positive leader. The student is chosen by their teachers and administrators.
