Kiwanis member Lisa Youngblood, Director of Library Services for the city of Harker Heights had a very fun schedule for the Halloween season for the children. Her and her staff were the gang from Scooby Do and on Nov 2nd they had the Dia de los Muertos in Carl Levin Park. The Harker Heights Library and Activity Center were decorated for the holidays as well.
